Staff was welcoming, as my husband and I entered, but not pushy. They simply welcomed us in and asked if we needed any help with anything. We went to the NRH store to return some tables we had previously purchased and didn't work for us and they were very accommodating in the return process. I actually looked around and found some other tables that I really liked and instead of a return, we simply exchanged out the tables. Great experience. Quick, easy and pleasant.
