Vitavia Ida 900

I bought the Vitavia Ida 900. Everything arrived and I chose to put the greenhouse together myself. I consider myself reasonably adept at putting things together. However the instructions are the worst I have ever seen and the pictures in the instructions were quite frankly close to useless. Luckily I had taken a picture of the greenhouse at the shop where I bought it as without that I would have sent the whole package back. Once I had assembled it, then came fitting the glass. Took about an hour to figure out how the clips to hold in the glass worked. Again had to zoom in on the picture I had taken and only broke on piece of glass. If you are not handy, then either don’t bother buying it or pay the extra and have it installed.

Very slow payers

I used both Ziffit and MusicMagpie. Posted packages on the same day and via tracking could see both arrived on the same day. Got paid by MusicMagpie within 3 working days. Still waiting for Ziffit and it’s now 10 days later. Not happy.

Calling Trailfinders

I have used Trailfinders for several holidays historically. Now getting through to Trailfinders is just a nightmare. I have now called 3 times to book a holiday and waited over 40 minutes on each occasion and still not got through. Now going elsewhere....

Ticket Insurance

I bought tickets to Cabaret and realised that I had omitted to include insurance in the event the show was cancelled. Given the price of the tickets and level of uncertainty at the moment, I felt uneasy not being insured. I contacted customer services and they sent an email confirming insurance had been added without a problem. Such a relief and appreciated the prompt response.

Poor Customer Service

Refund agreed by telephone on 17 March 2020, credit note finally issued on 19 May 2020, and still no cash on 12 June 2020. Now no responses to email. This trip was originally paid on 26 Feb 2019! Just appalled at the lack of service.

Businesses that find future success amid the chaos will only do so by servicing customers today!

I am sorry you and your group have been affected by COVID-19.

We completely understand that for those customers that would prefer a refund to rebooking, they may feel frustrated and concerned by the amount of time it is taking. In normal circumstances, a refund should be paid up to a maximum of 14 days.

In the 15 years of business, YGT have always adhered to these parameters under normal circumstances, however, these are not normal circumstances and the 14-day rule unavoidable and extraordinary rule is a challenge to adhere to given COVID-19 as we have over eighty thousand affected golfers and major challenges recovering prepayments made to suppliers.

I can confirm your cash request has been received and acknowledged. I am sorry if subsequent emails have gone unanswered, I will check this and ensure you are provided with a response. We be in contact as soon as possible with an update on your request.
