Order number 34616320. 8 working days and still no despatch despite having made two phone calls and written three emails. Have just requested a refund and if not forthcoming I will instruct my bank to clawback my payment. Very disapointed

07.12.2022  - It is now fully10 working days since my online order was placed and you received my payment. It is 9 working days since you advised me my item was about to enter your despatcher's system, since when nothing further whatsoever has happened. I have subsequently contacted you several times both by electronic message and telephone all to no avail. Clearly, my item is either lost or has been stolen and consequently you now need to either resend me a replacement item or refund my payment. Any further delay is totally unacceptable and certainly contrary to the EU Sale of Goods Directive. I hope this matter may be quickly resolved and that litigatiom will not be necessary. Thank you in anticipation of your immediate response.

Today is six working days since you wrote to me advising you were FINALLY refunding my payment and yet still no refund!!

Now 7 working days and still no refund. Spoke to an operator who could not have cared less.

Found Cycletrade on a routine google search and subsequently submitted a valuable item for their considerstion to purchase. Communication was excellent at all times - prompt, courteous and very professional. A mutually fair deal was struck and within 24 hours the agreed sale price was in my bank account! Bought two seperate quality MTB parts, Hope stem and Nukeproof spacer set. Both a very good price and were delivered in 24 hours by Hermes who emailed me with a 2 hour slot. Will definately use again

Very good customer service with actual, knowlegable, human beings on the end of a phone(!), a top quality product - Fox 38 Factory forks - at a very competitive price. Transaction slightly marred by the courier TNT who was, frankly, quite rubbish. Tredz should ditch TNT ,IMO and use a courier who can actually do their job. A Hope stem from Chain Reaction ordered at the same time and sent by 'cheap' Hermes arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I spoke to TNT endless times (torture by phone robot) and they still couldnt get their act tigether. That all said I will defo use Tredz again!
