Returned a £60 order to this company away back on the 4th of October and still waiting on the return as they are claiming they haven’t received it yet Royal Mail has marked it as delivered on the 7th!! I have emailed countless times with proof of postage hooing chi chi London would help in finding my parcel or helping a young mum that’s out of pocket at this time of year yet no one seems to want to speak …
