A very disappointing experience
A very disappointing experience. Ordered a jumper on Friday morning paid £9 for the Saturday delivery because I looked at the delivery options they were offering. On processing order it said they couldn't manage same day despatch ( so why offer it? Why leave that option?) . I needed the jumper Tuesday so on Tuesday evening emailed for update, and got the despatch notification. Have checked daily and this morning, a whole week after it was supposed to come, dpd finally has it . (Whether it comes we will wait and see)

I get xmas is busy but £9 to take a week to send something ? Absolute madness
If they can't fulfil a specific service like that they shouldn't offer it and they've not even tried to acknowledge that this isn't right.
