A very disappointing experience

A very disappointing experience. Ordered a jumper on Friday morning paid £9 for the Saturday delivery because I looked at the delivery options they were offering. On processing order it said they couldn't manage same day despatch ( so why offer it? Why leave that option?) . I needed the jumper Tuesday so on Tuesday evening emailed for update, and got the despatch notification. Have checked daily and this morning, a whole week after it was supposed to come, dpd finally has it . (Whether it comes we will wait and see)
I've had no reply to my email
I get xmas is busy but £9 to take a week to send something ? Absolute madness
If they can't fulfil a specific service like that they shouldn't offer it and they've not even tried to acknowledge that this isn't right.

Awful

Awful, represent themselves as fast shipping from uk snd not a chance thats true. Dispatched in hours but tracking's next to hopeless. 6 weeks on and nothing. Emailed support and they just say it was shipped .

Not invincible, had stronger dog toys from primark

Ordered a toy that's supposed to be for heavy chewers, all this hype about it being invincible. Absolutely destroyed in under an hour. Emailed company who claim to replace it and no reply, it would be better to buy lots of cheaper toys (some have lasted way longer)

I am happy …

I am happy with the service I received from muve. Oshini and Roger have made contact regularly and have provided support and guidance when i needed it. They have been accommodating to the fact that i am not always available for phone calls and have kept in touch via email when needed. I would use them again should i ever require their service

Absolute madness

I ordered some shoes last night (Sunday) as i was going to bed. I was hoping they might make it for Tuesday but realistically was hoping by Saturday for a wedding.
I got home from work today and there they were. I love them they are just gorgeous and the packaging is so brilliant.
It's amazing to me how quickly they arrived, we live in the middle of nowhere and more often than not parcel deliveries get lost, even Amazon struggles with next day so i am incredibly impressed. Thank you

Awful experience- ordered via vinted…

Awful experience- ordered via vinted the parcel was delivered to an acquaintance miles away. By the time it got to me vinted had the money and it was the wrong thing. My address has clearly been stuck over someone else's details, i can see the actual recipients order number.so I'm £30 out of pocket and the cs team do nothing, their answer is talk to vinted. Vinted washed their hands at the bery 1st moment. The errors are inpost-they mislabelled the item, they delivered miles away and they are responsible for this mess but they hide and don't help. I would like the actual claims dept details to make an official complaint

Disappointing

My experience with vinted has been rubbish. Order seemed to get lost then delivered but not to me, luckily I thought to an acquaintance a few miles away. So as the email said i had to today to raise concerns I politely waited to collect it this evening,but they took the money from me at lunch. Finally get package and its not the item. They now refuse to help, sellers dipped right out and I'm left no money no item. Vinted even had the cheek to suggest i resell on their site-its not my item! I was looking to use the site to sell on some clothing but this has been a shambles. I would advise looking elsewhere

Just took too long for underwhelming items

I ordered a children's box on 4th July and it finally arrived on the 20th November. Luckily I have a younger child as i was starting to worry none of it would fit.
When it finally arrived i was underwhelmed, plain long sleeve T-shirts a green polycotton school polo shirt and the thinnest cotton shirt ever plus a hoodie which is ok but I wouldn't have bought as not cotton. If i had gone shopping needing those items there's no way that i would spend £35 on them and i would buy nicer.
I gave up at that point, I didn't see the point of dragging the experience out trying to sort alternatives
Such a nice idea that totally flopped in my experience.

Nice fabric but royal mail charges too high

The company were helpful and when the order wasn't able to be exactly as originally planned communication was really quick. However, when my parcel arrived I had rather confusing email about me missing delivery and it turned out in the end that it had gone straight to the royal mail depot and I had to pay best part of £12 to collect it.
The material is great, the delivery time was good but the additional cost was too high to consider ordering from here again, sorry
