I am very happy with the service and customer care from CB. There was an issue with a product unfortunately not being available but it was quickly explained, and an alternative or refund was offered. They could not have been more helpful.

While I am sure the flowers were lovely, the delivery date was 3 days earlier than requested. I ordered them to arrive on a Tuesday for a specific reason and instead, they arrived on the Saturday. If I wanted the flowers to be delivered the next day I would have ordered the next day delivery option. I don't care that they are delivered via a courier service that can take 1-2 days to deliver. In that case, they should have been picked up on the Saturday so they would arrive closer to the preferred date. You shouldn't offer the option to select your preferred delivery date if it is going to be ignored. I won't use the service again for a delivery that requires a specific date, it's too unreliable.

Gorgeous flowers and great service. I managed to get a lovely bunch of flowers sent to my mam who was cocooning. Elaine in Mimosa Flowers very kindly sent me a video of the arrangement before the contactless delivery, and let me know when it has been delivered.

Ordered product to be sent to my mam who is isolating at home on her own and cannot go out. She received the delivery within a week of my order and she was delighted.

The service is great and while a lot of the system is manageable online, the team is very helpful and very quick to respond to any query you have. Their live chat service is very handy.
