Highly effective, good value and honest workmanship
100% satisfied and so grateful to have found OG Pest control. If you have a problem with rats, I would recommend this firm over all others (having contacted several other larger outfits, got quotes and tried a visit from the council that produced no results). Oscar responded quickly, explained everything very clearly, he knows his job inside out and seems determined to provide the best service possible. Lovely man to boot, who worked with us and neighbours simultaneously (fostering co-operation) which the nature of our drains required. No need for expensive camera surveys, no hidden costs, OG was very good value. Fitting valves to the drainage system, Oscar returned several times until he was completely satisfied the job was done. No rats in our basement since, and the valves are working well (no blockages that can happen if not done well). Thank you OG!
