I have been a user of Charlotte tilbury makeup and products for years now and love them. Delivery is always fast and the products are always well packaged.
Today I had an issue with an order I had placed (my fault) and I contacted customer service via live chat. The issue was swiftly resolved even though it was my error.

The ordering was easy and the tiles are nice.
Disappointingly, despite stating when arranging delivery that where we lived would not accommodate a large delivery vehicle, this was what was sent.
This meant that the driver had to park 2 roads away. Luckily I had a builder at my house at the time who drove his pick up truck to the lorry and we loaded them from there into his truck. If he had not been there I don’t know what we would have done. I felt quite sorry for the driver too.
I don’t know why there is an option to say if delivery could be difficult if it is not looked at?

The driver upset the neighbours by leaving his van in the moddle of the road across a TJunction blocking everyone in all 3 directions.
When he was told by someone he could not park there he got cross and left without getting my signature or saying goodbye.

I attended for an initial consultation today, visiting A-UK for the first time. I was probably feeling slightly anxious, worrying i would be judged.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and put me at ease immediately.
Richard carried out my consultation, on time, and i felt that he listened to me and was reassuring and knowledgeable. At no time did i feel he was trying to push me in to having any treatments i didn't want.
Following this consultation the staff worked really hard to accommodate an appointment time that worked around my schedule, which was not easy.
Michelle then took time to talk to me, despite my consultation being over, when i asked further questions whilst at reception. Again she was very knowledgeable and reassuring as well as being really friendly and approachable.
I am excited to return and sure it will not be my only visit.

I placed my first order after having a very bad experience with another company (product quality and customer service).
The order came quickly, unfortunately there was an error with one of the items ordered but as soon as I emailed this was rectified without any argument and the correct product was sent out very speedily. Am very happy with both the products received and the customer service. Will definitely be using this company from now on :)

After deciding we wanted to get shutters for 3 of our bedroom windows we contacted Shuttercraft for a quote. There was no hard sell, as with the other company we had also contacted, just confidence in the products and plenty of information and guidance when asked for.
Responses throughout were quick and arrival at the time of quotation and for fit was timely.
Representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of the surroundings.
If I had any negative comment to write it would be the length of time I had to wait between order and fit, however, this was set out from the onset and was partly due to some covid related delays and partly due to them being so busy, which having seen the end product and dealt with the company myself, I can completely understand why!
We had very challenging, misshaped windows but the end result has made such a huge difference to the rooms and you would never know the difficulties that had to be overcome.......they are perfect! Expertly fitted and look and feel like a quality product.
We are so happy with the service and the finished product, would 100% use again and definitely recommend to others.

Ordered 3 different blinds for very large windows. They fitted perfectly, arrived as promised and look fabulous. Will definitely order from here again:)
