The parcel was delivered to my front door as requested. However, I am very cross with myself because I ordered HPX915 cartridges which fitted my previous HP printer and not the HPX924 cartridges for my current printer. I therefore wasted $155.25 on useless cartridges which can't be returned as I had opened the packet when I discovered my mistake.

I ordered my printer cartridges at approximately 11am one morning and they were delivered the next morning. Couldn't believe the order was dispatched so quickly. Thank you!

Everything was good about my experience with Cartridges Direct and I was advised constantly about the progress of my delivery. Unfortunately, my road was blocked by a company laying new water pipes and nobody had the good sense to tell the delivery guy how to get to our house via a side street. Sensibly, he took the parcel to the local post office and I was advised of this by Cartridges Direct be email. It was all handled very efficiently, thank you.
