Enjoy my tub twice a day, every day. Very comfortable and deep enough for a 6'-2" person. Effortless set up and relatively quick initial heat up time. Acoustom to jets being a little larger in diameter and with more punch in my previous therapy tub, but acceptable. As a severe diabetic, who has very sensative skin, the slip resistant, rough surface has to be navigated with caution. Can rub the contact points, (elbows, tailbone area) raw if moving around with contact to surface.
So far so good, absolutely no issues.
