I’m diabetic and trying to control weight.... at last found sweet and savoury items with minimal nasties...got the choc spread(amazing on brown toast) some syrup... so lovely in plain yoghurt and sweet chilli mayo.... a saviour on salads.... easy to order and delivered timely even with covid 19 issues.. very very pleased so far.

Still managed to get my order at a difficult and fraught time with corona virus... within 7 days...
