Do D&G care?

My repair visit was cancelled on the day it was meant to happen, having waited ages for that appointment. No effort was made to reschedule anytime sooner than what I had to obtain via the online booking system. I registered a complaint and nobody has got back to me. To the extent that D&G are regulated by the FCA, this is against the rules, particularly those dealing with Treating Customers Fairly. Having answered all the questions about what the problem was with our washer/dryer, the engineer did not come with a supply of spare parts. All in all, we were without a functioning machine for circa 3 months. Our local dry cleaners did well from us at £10 per service wash!

Contents cover confusion

I wanted to go for a Contents quote from Hastings and was told it was not possible, but then found a debit card payment had been taken. Meanwhile I went for a more expensive option with Grove & Dean. For all I know I could be covered twice
