I’ve ordered from curate since November last year and had no issues until now. Ordered my next pen on 18th June, and then didn’t hear a thing from them. I emailed, opened a ticket on their website and also called the number numerous times to try chase up what was going on.
I ended up opening a dispute with them through PayPal and surprise surprise on the 20th June, received a email to say I needed to book a video call, the only problem was the earliest date I could have booked was for 17th July!!! Which would leave me a month overdue for my next dose I mean seriously?!?
Managed to book in a call in the end for Tuesday 24th, (a day overdue for my next dose btw), so I logged in and waited patiently, but they’d cancelled on me without letting me know!!! I’ve tried booking 4 appointments now and a certain “Craig Curate” keeps cancelling with no explanation! I really do not know what I’m supposed to do at this point because no one EVER gets back to you.
Just waiting on PayPal now to sort this dispute and get my money back for me.
Ordered elsewhere last night 25/6/2025 and it’s been approved and dispatched today.
I will still be at least 4 days overdue for my next dose by the time it comes so I’m hoping there’s no nasty side effects or nothing.

Curate have bitten off more than they can chew I reckon!!! Maybe it’s time to admit defeat and throw in the towel because this is people’s health and lives they’re messing with!!!

Just be aware if you’re thinking of ordering from them, the customer service and after care is abysmal and that’s putting it nicely.

As of today 26/6/2025 I still haven’t had one bit of correspondence! Like someone else said, the easiest part is ordering and sending over your money the rest has been a nightmare!

I am changing my rating to 2 stars as I have had a response today, a refund has been given which was swiftly done and hans taken as long as the whole process of ordering and making appointments has taken.
I really how curate can sort things out because I have never had any issues before this and always had good things to say. It’s a real shame. But thanks for getting back to me.
