In 2022 we booked our eighth vacation through Pavlus, including four European river cruises, two ocean cruises and two land cruises. We have continued to use Pavlus as our booking agent for several reasons: their service to us and their response to our questions has always been timely and excellent, they have been pro-active in securing the best pricing including taking advantage of newly announced reduction in trip costs after our bookings had been made, resolving problems that arose between the time the bookings were made and the actual departure such as airline last minute cancellations.
I live in Pennsylvania and have made all my bookings with Pavlus located in New Mexico by using the internet and telephone. Even though I have never seen their office or met my Pavlus agent, I always felt that I was important to them and well-cared for, with all my travel arrangements made in a professional and outstanding manner.

Pavlus Travel managed 4 river cruises and 3 land tours for me in the US as well as Europe. I have referred 6 couples to Pavlus. All of us are completely satisfied with the services provided, as well as the cost savings they obtained for us. I live in Pennsylvania, while Pavlus is located in New Mexico. All communication has been by telephone and email. They have always responded quickly to both my long range kind of questions, as well as last minute details.
