Excellent customer service especially for a mom who is a little technologically deficient. Still trying to learn all that this product can do. Very happy with the way that it shows metrics in order to see how he is playing. Very excited to see how it continues to show improvement or areas where he can focus. Excited to be able to use this technology to help my son become a better player. My son gets very excited to see his results after every training and game.
