Production issues impacting delivery times
Update: The company finally sent out an email explaining what happened. Issues with production and emails not working. Should be receiving my product in the next two weeks based on email sent to all of us who’ve been waiting for their orders. Seems like things should get back on track for Costaboard after this! 🤞
Initial review: I have ordered a board in May and have gotten absolutely zero information about my order since. Should take 10-12 working days to be delivered based on their website, but I haven’t even received a shipping notification and it’s been 3 weeks already… The email given on their website or here on trustpilot does not work (I get a mail delivery failure notification when sending them emails). I have tried contacting them through Facebook, Instagram, even the guy who owns the company and impossible to get hold of anyone. When you spend over 200€ on a product and have no idea what is going on, that in itself makes it not worth the purchase. I don’t know if I’ll ever receive this product, but regardless of the quality of the product, in 2024, this feels unacceptable. Hoping I eventually receive the board I ordered…
Tip to Costaboard: prioritise the communication to your customers who have placed orders (a reassuring email was overdue) and halt the placement of orders on the website until issues are resolved. Good luck 🫶
