After a dreadful experience at the Stevenage branch managed currently by Ian, I was referred to the Hoddesdon branch run by Chris and I must say, Chris and the team were amazing! From checking in on arrival, talking me through everything as it was happening all the way through to my departure. Everyone was friendly, smiling, super helpful and all round just looked like they actually enjoyed their jobs. I will definitely give them my custom again, what a reassuring experience ❤️

Good service, good product

I just used the BP (M&S) petrol station next to the travelodge in ring wood and experienced fantastic customer service by the young girl with long dark hair. I wanted to pass the information on but can’t find an actual feedback form.
