Review of Tripulse

The clothes are very nice quality - received wrong order however

The clothes are very nice quality. Unfortunately I received someone else’s order with items I did not choose. My email hasn’t had a response, I don’t see any phone number. I don’t like ordering international when it’s hard to reach customer service. I am unsure if I can return the items since it’s not what I ordered. Sucks, I wanted to support them..

We are very sorry that a wrong order was sent to you and we just emailed you with how to return them free of charge, and will of course ensure you'll get your desired items:). On our "contact us" as well as "return/refund" section on our website we clearly state our support email and phone number - see here https://tripulse.co/pages/contact-us. We noticed that your email has actually been sent to the wrong email address, and it was only sent one day ago. Please always make sure you use the correct email when getting in touch with us. And of course you can call us during our office hours too:).

Over 30 days to process refund...

Ew, the quality of fabrics and cuts are pretty horrible.
I returned everything except two items, but I already want to donate them because they don't wash well. I will stick with Lulu and Zella.

ALSO, It took Athleta over 30 days after receiving my return to process it. Thought people should know about that....

One company more people should know about!

This is one company I would 100% recommend to family and friends. I’ve worked with them many times over the years, including again recently. Their customer service, pricing, and ethical business practices are second to none! And the products are top quality. Little to no motion transfer, unlike other more expensive latex mattresses I’ve tried.

Horrible return policy... as others stated!

I wish I’d heeded others advice. I paid $40 at UPS to return three items valued at $200. This is because 6pm requires you to return items in the original boxes which takes quite a lot of space and returns go to Kentucky which I researched and couldn’t find until the very end of the return process.

This is too much of a pain. Maybe I’d do it again if they offered a subsidized or free return label like most companies do.

This is not worth saving a few extra dollars. Better to go through Amazon, Zappos, etc who have much better customer service and returns! I won’t ever shop at 6pm again or recommend to anyone I know. I’m surprised they are still in business to be honest.

Review of Latex Mattress Co.

Misleading / Shady Return Policy

After ordering latex mattresses in the past, and having great experiences. I decided to try PlushBeds after seeing the positive reviews (which I believe now are probably mostly paid). Also, you will see on their social media page, there are NO customer comments. And there are NO unboxing videos on the internet which show people unpacking raw layers of foam and struggling to assemble these bulky and heavy mattresses themselves!

In real life, you will receive large, heavy pieces of foam and a cover in multiple boxes. You will need to attempt to assemble the mattress yourself! I had to ask a friend for help, and it was VERY difficult for us two ladies.

Now, the mattress is assembled, but it is lumpy, and uneven. We did everything we could to straighten the heavy layers. It's uneven on top visibly, and protruding on the sides.

I reached out to customer service and asked them to have someone pick this up. It's too heavy for me to move. They sent an extremely long email saying I essentially need to unassemble the mattress, wrap each layer with plastic, put them in boxes, and somehow carry down the three floors of stairs in my apartment. This would be impossible! I would probably get injured if I tried.

At $1700 price point (for a queen mattress), I expected a lot more. The trial is NOT worry free. Nothing in the process said I would need to assemble and disassemble the mattress myself or I would not have purchased.

Previously I purchased from Sleep on Latex (a wonderful company!!) and they picked up and donated my mattress to a charity for FREE! This is excellent customer service, and I will no doubt buy from them again.

Oh and for the folks buying this because they advertise "Made in USA" the mattress has stickers on each piece saying it was made in Sri Lanka. More misleading marketing...
