Great service all round.

Totally excellent service from beginning to end. Louise and the office staff were efficient and helpful in estimating and set-up. Dave, Rob , Colin, Dan were efficient, friendly and untiring in the delivery . The whole team involved in the pick up and four month storage of our possessions were faultless. Thankyou for making our first move in over 30 years enjoyable and as stress free as possible.

Greater clarity about price

Greater clarity about price - particularly the import duties which had to be paid to the courier. This wasn’t at all clearly stated and I almost returned the products.
The jumpers themselves are great.

A long days journey into night.

We broke down in rural Devon and had a swift response to our call. The agent was helpful and arranged for a recovery vehicle for the following day. This has to be met some distance from the breakdown location3 hours later than predicted. App tracking failed. We drove 6miles to meet the truck unsure if the car should have been driven. Three trucks took us to our destination. The drivers were friendly and helpful. We suffered long waits between assists which could have been avoided with better central coordination. Overall satisfactory but certainly room for improvement.
