Terrible, wrong product, have to jump through hoops it seems
Ordered a table and chairs and bench. The bench that arrived was completey wrong. Called to tell them and they tried to say the brown leather did match the brown wooden table and my black leather chairs and there was no mistake.
Called again another day when calmer, armed with part code of bench. They wouldn't accept this and asked instead that I send in a picture.
Days later a reply comes to say they do not accept jpeg!!!!! Only pdf for pictures! Days later again they say they will send on to supplier. It's been weeks and I have the wrong item and no resolve. Just waiting on their supplier apparently...
Also hiding all ways of how to contact and restricting it is shocking. No email, no chat, not even a phone number on the website. You have to speak to a bot and tell them all about it before you can even get a number for customer services, I feel I have aged an extra year with my Very experience and the amount of time dealing with Very's poor poor service.
*****update, it's now weeks later again from my review, they continue to say they are waiting to hear back from their supplier while I have part of my order. Contrary to the reply from Very, they have not been in touch or messaged at all.*****
