XTool had a new release last night that included a Free accessory if ordered right away. It showed a clock on my phone telling me how much time I had left to order, so I waited. Today when I ordered it told me I was too late. Kathy at XTool went to bat for me and after being told NO several times by her operation team, she was able to get the item for me Free. Thank You Kathy. XTool don't send out things you won't back especially when it's your fault.

The 1st of the year I bought a 28" Fireplace, but didn't install it until March-ish.. A couple weeks ago I developed an obnoxious noise. I emailed the Company and they asked for a video and SN#, a few days later they sent a Tracking Number for a replacement. After it arrived I received a follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great Customer Service and I love the look and the way the Fireplace works. Special Thanks to Marcia and the entire Crew at Turbo. !st class Customer Care and Products. I see more of them in my future.

I use to buy and sell here but now that they let people pay to get their listings in front of yours, my listing are never seen and it became a complete waste of time and money.
Put that with the fact they make you pay the taxes when selling it’s just not worth the trouble.
I’ll just buy locally of go to the sellers website and buy direct.

They were great to speak with and confirmed my order before shipping to make sure I ordered the correct parts.Shipping was very quick.

Price and Communication were great...Shipping time not so great.
I think it took 20 days to get my boots that are "Very" Tight, but I'm not going to mess with a replacement. I would order a 2nd pair but i might have a Heart Attack before they get here..
Overall, if they would have been here in the 5-7 business days like they state, I would give them 5 Stars.

Although I purchased them from efaucet, they shipped from another Company.
They were shipped quick and arrived in good condition.
