The positives, Friendly with a good bar service and really comfortable lounge area.
Negatives, Our food was terrible, starter was Whitebait which came in an amount to feed a small army, with a slice of questionable sourdough. Burger, dry, with a very funny taste and dry, very very dry. Overall 2 stars, and a bill of £43.85 for food which was definitely not repeatable.

Coverage is not 99% UK wide despite your claims.
Very little coverage in EH33, 1 bar at very best.
No coverage at all whilst on holiday in Wales SA90 area and in Yorkshire BD22.
Promises to have a cell tower repaired numerous times over the last 3 years, never done, most calls get cut off when in my home due to poor coverage.

Procook Knives with rust spots.
The aesthetics of this lovely set has been truly spoiled by the rust spots that have developed over the last few months. This is caused by not immediately and thoroughly drying them the second they get wet, knives that cannot go into a dishwasher???.
A representative (B) at the company explained in a email that as i had a replacement due to the same issue earlier this year, nothing would be done this time. Disappointing customer service.
