I was in the middle of a landscaping project and urgently needed delivery of topsoil. When I was told the next available delivery was on the Monday, this was going to be too late, but the team made an exception and accommodated a next day delivery, which was so appreciated.

I sent you an email today saying l ordered the wrong size trainers and could l exchange them for another pair, l will pay the packaging, would that be ok??

Chased for delivery but received within 48 hrs and trainers were as expected
