Talking finance and that sort of thing is something I swerve with great vigor.
I can't stand not having it explained clearly and simply.
However, I've financed my last vehicle with Zuto during lockdown, when things were abnormally complex, but had a good experience,so decided to be a return as customer.
This time was even better, I had a gentleman called Harley Khalide, who laid everything out in plain English. I also bombarded him with plenty of work about different plans, different loan amounts, differing deposits and differing time scales. He came back to me with all the answers.
He also made me steer clear of a sub-par garage / dealer which I hadn't noticed whilst browsing.
He communicated loads whilst it was all going on...Sometimes when you're doing this kind of thing and the telephone goes you really don't want to pick up, as you've got enough going on in life, but Harley was that open and relaxed / approachable that I took every call he made.
My wife's taking driving lessons and I should imagine we shall use Zuto yet again this year...I hope Mr. Khalide is still part of the team.

Ordered and PayPal filled the incorrect address and completed order, obviously not this companies fault....
So I emailed immediately, but no-one is reading emails, so was sent to my previous address.

I had a faulty product, the company responded quick, communicated well and replaced the item. A good company should be judged on how it responds when things aren't right and MBC responded fantastically.
