Ordered 2 bracelets, 1 was perfect and in the high quality I come to expect from Pig&Hen. The second was delivered incorrect. Although the return procedure is not difficult, it can be better. Improve on this, and Pig&Hen will be near perfect. Also I ordered the wrong replacement pin, my bad, but it was difficult to figure out which one was correct. The fact that this service exists however is a very nice touch.
