Crooks and thieves

This is a company you can not trust to provide good internet, customer service or to not plain rob you when they get a chance. The company experts advised me how to install cable promising that dogs do not touch them. When the dog messed up the cable, they gave me a bill to fix it because I signed a contract where I agreed with the instalment. The team that came to fix this even said that it is not true that dogs don't do this that small dogs do it quite often. Still, I should have known better according to customer support thieves. I have also had problems with internet flow when the speed drops below 1mbps in a middle of my meeting etc. Stay away from Yettel, I am sure you can find better.

I booked a car in London for 70 bucks

I booked a car in London for 70 bucks. A day later I got an email saying that I would be charged another 60 bucks on arrival and that I could cancel. When I called to cancel they charged me 20 bucks cancellation fee that was also in the fine print just like the 60 bucks additional charge. I talked to someone who was the highest ranking supervisor. The fees were not visible at all but were hidden in some fine print in a giant document. Last time I use this company.

Dear Mdladen Panic,

Thank yo for reaching out to us.

We will do our utmost to inform customers about the One way fee and feel sorry that you didn't expect these costs. A one-way fee is a surcharge you pay if you will return the rental car at a different location as the pick up location. The price will be shown in the price overview while booking. If not, we will send you an email about the costs after your booking is confirmed. In this case, the one way fee in your reservation was on request.

In case you don't accept the One way fee, a full refund will be applied. I'm sorry to hear that we did inform you incorrectly. I have now contacted you by email, confirming a full refund.

Best regards,
Jessie
