We enjoyed our stay at Mamaw's Spot. The house is beautiful and I love how the kitchen has everything labeled. It was very clean and liked the 2 decks ..one covered and one not. Having the walkway to the beach set up with the pipes and rope was great. Although we had to leave early due to the hurricane, we had a wonderful time. We have already rented the house for next year.

Our stay was very nice. Helmstetler was a good choice for us. We liked being close to the cross-over, and not very far from the sound. The house was well-equipped, had supplies we needed. Our dog got along a lot better with the interior steps that we thought he would. He's not used to them as our house is one level. The house is beautiful inside, layout of the rooms was also good. We plan to stay again next year.
