Purolator driver picked up my package in Surrey BC on Friday July 4th and then 15 minutes later scanned my package as delivered to Moncton nb fastest man on the planet q5 min he drove completely across Canada called Purolator and the rep told me the driver made a mistake and scanned all his deliveries as delivered instead of arrived at sort facility called back today and now it's nowhere to be found in other words that driver in bc stole everyone's packages with his buddies from the bc warehouse this is an ongoing problem with Purolator as I have first hand knowledge from friends who work in the dieppe nb location so don't ship by purolator they have staff that have worked for over 20 yrs while stealing packages all during their employment CONSUMERS BEWARE CANADA POST MAY BE SLOW BUT THEY AREN'T THIEVES SHAME ON PUROLATOR SHAME received that response from purolator stating they would assist if i sent tracking number so I did and d their help was to blame the sender and for me to contact them wow pathetic service all around drivers customer support and customer care don't use purolator a donkey with a carrot would be more efficient

Buyers beware of trupanion I have had pet insurance with this company for over 8 yrs I recently tried to make my first claim in 5yrs for my dog MJ I was jump through hoop after hoop and getting nothing but the run around saying they needed info from my current vet and then from my old vet once I provided this they said now we need info from current vet again after a month of trying with no results I contacted the better business bureau they got the claim processed in 24 hrs so I thought finally it done NOPE after waiting am extra day longer than is needed to have monies deposited in my account I call back to find out trupanion made a mistake and deposited my money into a wring account and I would have to wait for them to get back their money b4 they could give me mine several days later now I find out they sent a cheque so I will take a week in the mail then days to be processed by my bank so when they advertise they pay claims rapidly it's a big smoke screen to cover up the fact that this small claim for under 200 dollars rakes over 2 months with the BBB helping DONT TRUST TRUPANION THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FIR THE PROFIT AND DONT CARE ABOUT OUR PRECIOUS FIR BABIES SHAME SHAME SHAME ON TRUPANION WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 2 THUMBS DOWN

This company is a joke don't waste valuable time looking for employment with these people they ask where you live and if you want to relocate I live in moncton nb and told them no relocation.
