zero customer service and that being stupidly generous

tried 11 times to tell them i has a new email address
for my pension annuity they have been paying me for 15 years and for 15 years they have be sending me a P60 but in spite of this they cant find me on their system compared to virgin media pru gets one star virgin should get 1000 and we all know what rubbish virgin are

microsoft dreadfull e mail system and support

i use to use microsoft 2 stage verification email system
but it malfunctioned by saying it had sent me a verification code to my phone which didnt arrive after waiting 24 hour it still didnt work and now the have blocked my e mail, given that they only use stupid chat bots that havnt been told how to resolve the problem i have taken the step of switching my system to chrome

CUSTOMER SEVICE DOES NOT EXIST

virgin media revolves around computer bots , there are no humans involved and if you have a problem with managing your account online like changing your email address which sound simple but you cant change it without a verification code FROM YOUR OLD EMAIL ADDRESS and if that address is blocked you cant get that code result give up or the stress of trying will send you to an early grave

virgins grasp of the most simple problem is non existant

logged on to virgin media to change my contact email address as current one had been blocked by microsoft and virgin media wants to send a verification to the blocked email address which obviously i cant access and after numerous texts back and forth they have done nothing to solve the problem and they have demonstrated they have not got a clue how to solve a problem that a 5 year old child could

virgin media customer services need a negative rating

virgin media rating is very very well deserved simply because its customer services do no t exist having ramped up my price by 223% i tried to get in contact with them numerous ways but like a maze they all ended in dead ends i just want to end my contract with them , its not rocket science but they hope to hang on to me any which way they can so i have resorted to cancelling my direct debit and they will probably throw a wobbly well tough

EASY TO BUY POLICY FROM THEM BUT ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR PREMIUM THEY DONT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT U . COULDNT LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT FROM DAY ONE, THERE PRETEND AGENT SAID HE WOULD WRITE A TICKET TO GET THE PROBLEM SORTED, RESULT A BIG FAT NOTHING, THE PHONE LINE CAN NEVER ANSWER YOU AND THEIR EMAIKL SERVICE IS UNSOPORTED ANOTHER RUBBISH ONLINE INSURANCE COMPANY

anyone thinking about a chinese MG…

anyone thinking about a chinese MG keep. your money in your bank account, give MG nothing as a company they are only interest in your money to buy a new mg, anything wrong with it they dont give a toss and thats the gods truth, i have a 7 year old mg6 which needs a new rear screen, forget mg cos they are only interested in selling you a new car and thats only the tip of the iceberg anything wrong with your current MG then MGs attitude is stuff u cos theres no profit in us scrap your car and buy a new one from us if its been withdrawn forget mg support it dosnt exist

i have been with this company 3 years

i have been with this company forb several years and it was the worst decision i have ever made. i was told i was getting a smets1 meter, A GRADE ONE LIE, so the info the inhouse meter had has always been GRADE ONE RUBBISH, for over a year now the information the inhouse meter showed bore no resemblance to the true facts, my on line account for gas does not work at all, they know all of these facts and do nothing about it, in short they are as bad as all the other utilities and as soon as prices stabilise they will be out of the door never to return

LOW PRICES AND LOW QUALITY

bought their thick cut bacon which was dreadful it was at least 30% fat also from past experience i have stopped buying their full fat milk as it regularly goes off at least 2 days b4 the use by date and will never buy anything from their non food items as they will do anything including denying your legal rights to avoid giving you a replacement/repair/refund
