The attention to detail in emails and the fine touches in packaging are a delight. The products are also really brilliant in quality and are as advertised.

I was deeply disappointed with the flowers sent for my daughter's online graduation. It was supposed to be a subtle blend of autumnal colours with grasses and lots of detail, but was in fact garish and mainly consisted of gerberas. I will not be trusting interflora again.

I was impressed with Gabriel at Luton airport as he was very polite and friendly. He was efficient and went the extra mile helping me and other customers to pick up cars easily and very fast. Well done!
