Excellent boiler replacement service. Our obsolete boiler failed on the Monday evening. We spoke to Carey's on the Tuesday and by Thursday afternoon we had a replacement boiler installed. A highly responsive team with excellent communications (following up on the quote and post installation). The rates were competitive, the boiler is of a good brand. The Installer was courteous, on-time, highly professional, cleaned-up after the installation, protected the carpets etc. Overall an excellent service. Very happy to recommend and will definitely return to Carey's for any future works.

Awful, don't bother, go elsewhere. I visited a showroom whereby a cost figure was given to me on a piece of paper (hand written) that omitted various key important items (noting it was not an official quote). Once the quote was updated and order was placed it got lost in the system and relied in me to follow up. Then the installer cancelled just before Christmas. I then asked for a refund that also got lost in the system. It took from September to January to resolve. I had to make all the follow-ups otherwise they would have disappeared with my money and no carpet. Now going with a competitor.

My partner and I had done a tour with Sarajevo Funky Tours before and were so impressed by the tour and Sarajevo decided we must come back. This time we did the Srebrenica Genocide Memorial tour. This is without doubt one of the most interesting (and saddest) travelling experiences we had. Our tour guide was amazing. We had the honour of meeting some local people in Srebrenica who gave a very moving first hand account of some of their experiences. My partner and I felt it was very important to have this experience and share it with others. I can't recommend this tour enough. Both the tour company and our guide did a superb job. Now back home, I tell everyone I know - go to Bosnia, learn the history, meet the people and have the same wonderful experience we had. Sarajevo is a truly wonderful city to visit, friendly people, great food, wine, coffee surrounded by rich history (already thinking of our next trip back).
