I had written a review regarding AI LAWYER and a trial period that couldn't be cancelled. However, I received an email today from a representative of this site that said I haven't been charged after all and that the said "subscription" has been cancelled.
Problem solved.

I have tried to cancel asap. My payment information was entered automatically without me even having a chance to review or cancel the potential subscription. My payment information appeared out of the blue and was 'consumed' by this site as if it'was sucked in by a vacuum.' I didn't have even a split second chance to review anything. I sent several emails requesting automatic and immediate cancellation and there is no confirmation of such an effort anywhere. I have checked my email repeatedly and my bank account. Please advise.

In the fall of 2019, I reviewed an experience I had with Noom. For almost a year prior to that review I had made repeated attempts to contact Noom and resolve an issue about two unauthorized withdrawals from my account. I was completely frustrated and felt that I had no means to resolve this issue. Within a few days of reporting my experience to Trustpilot, Noom returned my money in full.
Unfortunately, a part of my review was edited and withdrawn from the site because I copy/pasted the emails that Noom sent me which had information that does not adhere to Trustpilot's guidelines.
The most important thing for me is that Trustpilot was an effective forum which allowed me to expediently and effectively resolve the issue at hand.

The only reason I put one star rather than ideally, no stars is because I need to proceed with this review and I'm not given the option of no stars.
A change of return dates was requested by my daughters from the onset during the first call and they asked what would the difference in price be. They were quoted $54.50. They were sent an email requesting that they submit their change in return dates and the cost difference as previously stated. The email would not allow them to SUBMIT the quoted change. My daughters called Flighthub for clarification. The agent said 5 minutes after the attempted submit button failed that the fare now had gone up to more than $100. per ticket. The agent insisted nothing could be done and my daughters reluctantly agreed to the increased fare per ticket. They waited endlessly to receive a confirmation email and finally after a couple of days, said email was received. My daughter's credit card was charged $109.00 per ticket after 5 calls but no confirmation email with valid ticket change with the newly agreed upon dates. Four more calls later, on hold for hours, shifted from agent to agent the matter has not been clarified. Actually, I'm on hold for at least one hour later after speaking to the second transferred to agent. The call was initiated almost 3 hours ago. Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit? Scammers like this shouldn't be in the business!!!! This site is completely unprofessional. They are unbelievable!!!!
