Not really kept in the loop
Placed an order on the 18th Sept (was showing as instock) - told it would be “1-2weeks” now 20th Oct. sent a couple of emails requesting an update and told to be ‘patient’ and to ‘bare with us’ and that ‘I’d be updated’ - still heard nothing.
Just disappointed with not being kept in the loop and probably won’t be using AQVA again. I am sure the quality will be perfect and the prices are competitive but just feeling let down as a customer with the service I’ve been provided.
