I hope you read this and it makes a difference
We have recommended Wayfair.ie to everyone who has helped us into our new home in Ireland. From a general point of view, including price, quality, choice, and delivery, you Earn A SPECTACULAR FIVE Stars. We spent thousands with Wayfair.ie to furnish our new Irish home. There were a couple of hiccups for which YOU initiated a process of reconciliation when the problem was noticed by you. GREAT! But the trip-up was with the smallest of orders, three silly light bulbs. They were "packaged" naked in their flimsy manufacture boxes, without protection or cushion, in a cheap post mailer. Two were smashed (smithereens!!!) and the contents ended up on my kitchen counter. I kept the undamaged one, swept up and damp-ragged the other two and put them in a bin. There was nothing to return. Your auto-options offered a full refund IF I sent them all back or a full set of three bulbs IF I sent back the ruined ones. I COUDN'T send them back. I tried to get a real person to speak with. (Even our Wayfair US tried to help me --speaking to a real person-- but their phone number for you, as they noted, seemed to be short a number!) This drained a lot of time and enthusiasm, with five fateful, aggravating interludes with a robot interceptor. Customer Service is not on par with your other qualities. Disappointed with the unresolved issue of the three bulbs, after delightful experience with thousands of Euros in exchange. Silly, but it points to a bigger concern... if a customer needs assistance. Human Relationships are key, no matter what AI enthusiasts tell you. I hope you make an investment in people... employees and customers. Wayfair.ie could be More Than Amazing!!!
