Bought a car with no V5C so could not be taxed, they assured me they'd pay the fee and send off the paperwork. Had to wait 6 weeks to find out no V62 application has been received by DVLA, which means I had to pay the fee, and it'll be another 6 weeks before I can tax the car. I'll've had 12 weeks where it's illegal to drive my new car.
In the meantime one of the tyres has a slow flat and the stereo doesn't work. Would not advise.

Despite a challenging move out with an aggressive neighbour, the movers were cheerful and easy going. Both move out and move in went faster than I'd imagined, and I had no concerns at all with how carefully my belongings were packaged. Excellent service, will use again.
