By far the best veg and fruit delivery in East London. George sources the best stuff and it's always such a treat when the food gets delivered. Super affordable and such a great variety of fruit and veg. Highly recommend them :)

Same as all the other complaints. They don't accept most of the well known brands which means most of your clothes just disappear... From two bags fill to the brim, a handful of items was included.. Not sure what's wrong with Uniqlo, Next, Topshop, Misguided, Whistles (all new)?! Plus they've upped their fees so by the time they're done, there's not much left for you .. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Vinted is way better if you enjoy second hand clothes.

Sadly the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in yet the most expensive. And their customer service should be illegal. Telling me everything is fine when they ruined our holiday. Accommodation was so dirty and not what was promised. Honestly avoid at all costs. Companies should not get away with providing such poor service. Wasting the day on holiday trying to get hold of them and booking.com because they didn't share details about check in or the address then realising They forgot the booking and had to org cleaner while we hung around. Finally get access to the house at 6pm and when we get in it's a state. Most items in kitchen had to be rewashed. Nothing worked. Toilet had a sewage problem, the list goes on. And Novasol thinks this standard is acceptable? So many better options for your next holiday

Sadly just another business front, that opens its arms when it comes to collecting commission but has no backbone when it comes to treating its customers fairly. After the most horrific experience at a totally outrageously expensive accomodation they shrug their shoulders and say there is nothing they can do. Surely you'd want to protect loyal customers, want to treat them fairly, and protect what's left of your brand? I'll make sure my friends understand what they can expect from booking.com

Had the best long weekend on the canal boats. Stunning scenery and the boats had everything you could possibly need! Lovely little touches and very comfy. Neil and team totally went the extra mile! So nice to do something a little different with friends that's inexpensive. We'll be back! Big thanks

Exact same experience. Completely unethical auto renewals even after saying in writing I didn't want my contract to auto renew. Account manager at the time said he'd make a note of it because he couldn't adjust the contact and because he's now left they haven't held their word. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced to-date. Something radical needs to change otherwise they won't operate for much longer..

Don't bother - totally unreliable. Downloaded in advance to move some stuff - couldn't use it on the day because they still hadn't approved licence. When it was up and running we booked a car in advance to make sure we had it on the day. Got to the location where the car was supposed to be parked. No Car. It wasn't returned to the right location and the app hadn't updated! Borrow a friend's car - way more reliable..

I'd not even give it a star. Two weeks later waiting for delivery only to be told it didn't go through but yet in my side via their website, it was successful and order had been placed. I even chatted to customer support to finalise it. Mattresses in a box are all the same - entrepreneur who. Know nothing about Mattresses or customer service. Don't bother
