Another excellent holiday with Jet 2 from when you arrive with your baggage at the airport right through to your welcome home. They have mastered the art of quickly processing you on return flights .Loads of staff perfect. The holiday and the hotel was excellent too

Mowgli in Lincoln on a Monday night. Having previously had a less than satisfactory experience in Nottingham we thought we would try the new one in Lincoln .Our experience was excellent .We were looked after by the excellent Elise. She explained the menu was prompt in serving our drinks.I had the Bunny Chow the flavours were great and my wife had Mother Chicken which was milder and very much to her taste. We had a side of slaw and Fenugreek fries which I highly recommend.
We then had caramel cornets and coffees to round off a lovely birthday meal. We will be back full credit to the excellent Elise and of course the chef

Went into Trinity Leeds store on a trip from Lincoln.A lady called Jade helped my wife with several outfits nothing was too much for her.A smiley disposition but very professional and courteous.A real step change in our retailing experience. Both of us were customer service managers and if this is the new template for their customer service then River Island have cracked it

On time .Very clean car. Max the driver was very pleasant and ensured we found our holiday home which was not easy to find..I would use this company again excellent service

Although I was unhappy with a dd rise initially.I explained the situation by text .Saul responded within the timeframe promised and successfully resolved my issue.

I purchased a solitaire diamond necklace and was offered a couple of diamonds for my budget and then decided on an upgrade.The diamond was excellent and circa£250 to 300 better price than on the high street.There was a slight hiccup on delivery but Neil and his team got the item to me well in time for my wife’s 60th.The diamond was excellent confirmed by my friend who is in the jewellery trade.I would recommend this company

Ordered a gloss white tv stand and sideboard.Received a gloss white tv stand and an oak bookcase!!! Wife just rang them and we now have to send a photo of their incompetence.When asked how long to sort indicated could be 47 hours before they even look at the upload.What I wanted to hear was we will send the item you paid for tomorrow and collect the incorrect one.On a positive note the tv stand is of good quality.I may revise score if sorted promptly
I have had to send photo of wrong box and label.Today they have come back to confirm what I told them yesterday.So I have rung back and been told they have to sort between factory and courier because we may have another customers product!! I know that apparently they can’t just send me the right one because their process doesn’t work like that.I have asked how long this is going to take the response was I can’t say.36 hours in no sign of them sorting

Lincoln branch is excellent a lady called Louise (I think) showed us some tiles that we liked and was very helpful.We came back and bought them from Dave who was very professional and helpful as well.Both deliveries came on time.Good quality porcelain tiles at a good price.Finally I had a few too many and Mick or Mike was helpful in refunding at a fair rate.Impressive from start to finish.I was as customer service manager for 33 years and would be happy if these guys were in my team👍

I did score 1* originally due to the amount of time I had to wait for my card, they had sent it but the delay was due to Royal Mail - I’ve changed to 4* as they did reply to any messages I sent and after 2 weeks did send out another card first class which arrived in a few days. The only issue I have is that all the cards should be sent first class or by a more reliable route than Royal Mail Second Class which is not as reliable as it once was.
The card was easy to install and appears to be working well

My wife discovered this company buying good quality product an airport this year.She purchased a few extra things this year but what really impressed when Ups agent lost a return package.We rang Desigual ie refreshing for a company that actually talks to you.There was no quibbling they just refunded and said they would take it up with Ups.Impressive
