Scammers
I have had 2 payments taken of £59.98 and the initial £1.87 my bank Starling are not wanting to know! Has anyone managed to contact this company at all. I see on Companies House they are in Scotland.

So my saga continues ...... over 20 emails with the same response, depsite having the item returned and not refunded my money. How are they still trading !!

Sadly I ordered a top that didn’t fit, terrible material and not as advertised. I try to return it, eventually got an address, was offered 40% to keep item, then 50% then 60% I took the item to the PO paid £15 to return to CHINA no mention of this on their UK website!! I sent the receipt and kept getting told can’t read the attachment, sent it in 7 different ways and still being told can’t read/can’t open
I sent another email with the link to the post office and the tracking number and yet another photo !!

Sorry for the perceived delays you have experienced with the refund from your order placed just over 3 weeks ago (23 July). Following the email conversations you had with our customer service team on 27 July, all of the returns information were provided to you. Your return was only received back in our warehouse on Thursday 11 August. We fully QC'd the item, approved the return on Monday 15th August and the refund was then made to you today on Weds 17th August. You should have received this now, just 4 working days from the receipt of the return back from you.
