I was offered a new contract in the most efficient way. The terms were very beneficial and all my questions were addressed successfully.

Unacceptable to have to go two blocks away from my home to retrieve my parcel, as I was not home at the delivery time, only to be informed that the “neighbor” doesn’t have it.
Now I was I instructed by you to contact the shop that sent me my goods so it can make a claim for my parcel to be searched...
I have no words for the lack of professionalism and effective customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience
I placed an order and after 1 1/2 weeks and three unanswered emails, I had no feedback at all. I left the country, which I had clearly stated that would happen in my emails, and my order is supposed to be on the way with no way to cancel it. If you buy from them you are completely alone and hopefully you will receive your order one day.

Fast, super tracking system and you know exactly when the package will be delivered!
