Review of Acorn Stairlifts Australia
The communication from Acorn by…
The communication from Acorn by telephone was poor. Calls were generally not returned. I was asked questions on a number of occasions that were poor. If the work file was checked the questions would not needed to have been asked. The unit when it was to be installed did not fit the area where the measurements had been taken. It was not the client who made the measurements. It was Acorn's staff. Due to other clients and other appointments there is now a longer delay prior to installation.

The issue with the telephone has been reported and our IT team are currently working to improve the system.
