I ordered a top from New Look yesterday and paid for next day delivery.
The order went through as I can see it on my account - “placed”
I did not receive a confirmation email which I thought was strange. Checked junk mail etc.
I tried to contact New Look but could only get through to a robot and just went round and round in circles!
Needless to say the top has not turned up today, despite the next day delivery charge.
What are you intending to do New Look????? Take my money and not send me the goods I’ve paid for???? Terrible service, or lack of it should I say!

Mr. Pisal is simply extraordinary. He has given me my life, my smile and my happiness back. When I first spoke to his amazing secretary Jemma she instantly understood how unwell and terrified I felt and gave me so much support and lovely words of encouragement.
From my hospital bed a telephone consultation was swiftly arranged with Mr Pisal that afternoon and after a further consultation my hysterectomy was scheduled for a weeks time. Mr Pisal explained everything in such a kind and clear way, giving me so much confidence in him. On the day of the operation he came to speak with me before and after, making me feel very safe and well looked after, even calling my father to let him know the operation went well and that I’d be back in my room shortly.
Mr. Pisal came to visit every day whilst I was in the hospital and the care I received was amazing.
When I first walked in to the London Gynaecology clinic I felt broken and through their expert care they have put me back together again.
I am now 8 weeks post operation. My scars are tiny and hardly noticeable and I feel great. The after care and follow up consultations that I have received have been so thorough and caring.
Mr Pisal and Jemma are my heroes and I cannot thank them enough.
