Volvo Tauranga New Zealand r absolutely…

Volvo Tauranga New Zealand are absolutely hopeless.
The sales team might be good however the the maintenance workshop is an absolute joke and I am very disappointed in the workshop manager as well they should close down the service department and only sell cars.
My xc60 2013 was for 6 months in the garage collecting dust previous to that they told me with the standard line we have tried to replicate the issue you experienced but couldn't faulty the car a statement from the front desk lady who did the test driving! Seriously !
Close down the service department from Volvo in Tauranga.
Due to this I purchased now I a Mercedes and will replace my other Volvos too.
I am absolutely guttered that I can't drive Volvo in Tauranga New Zeeland any more due to there level of incompetence.

I expected a bit better service when spending over 2K

Not to sure what the story is with RS at the moment.
I ordered a gauge which was in stock according to the online store so I made the purchase of $2050 for the gauge.
Waited for a week inbetween I've emailed them asking if they dispatched the order.
No reply to emails so I started to make phone calls.
Eventually I spoke to a lady who told me something was wrong with the payment .i asked how come .... I received a payment confirmation.
She went back to the accounts came back to me and told me I had to wait for another week it takes 7 days to have it here I told her I was already waiting for 7 days.
Any way I asked her to send me a email confirmation of the phone call and item.
Turns out the wrong item has been ordered.
I emailed them to cancel the order and also have tried to call them to confirm the email.
Conviently the waiting time on the phone went from 1 minute to 1 hour.

In a nutshell I expected a bit better service for spending over 2K

For travelers arriving in to nz

My brother arrived from Holland and we didn't purchase a card at the airport.
We purchased one on the way at the first BP going back to Tauranga.
It turns out that there is a difference in the sim cards resulting my brother spending a massive amount on top ups due to traveling trough the country.
Eventually when I got wind of it found a store to resolve it.
Problem was that that was at the end of the stay.
My suggestion is that the Sims should be all the same regardless being purchased on the airport or any petrol station in the country
Then the other thing is that you should be alerted when u are using a ton of data and you should be suggesting a package deal.
I am sure a tech can come up with this. So this can be avoided for arriving travelers in nz
I received 2 phone calls from OneNZ saying the same thing : unfortunately we can not refund any of it..,........we r talking over $1600 yes correct $1600
So my experience with onenz is pretty crap

Don't order online it takes over 10…

Don't order online it takes over 10 working days to ship and yes you even pay for shipping too.
The delivery time is absolutely pis poor. What ever their system is they really need to change it and what they also need to do if you order online that it should show up in a banner that going to the store is faster to get the item.
It might be just to get people in the store instead of online purchases.
It worked for me I won't be ordering online any more.

1180NZ$ for 7day delivery waiting for 2 months

My parcel was send from New Zealand to China I paid 1180 NZ$ for air freight and it would be delivered in 7 working days (estimate)

It got picked up 1-feb and delivered after whole heep of emails today 31-Mar
Absolutely p. poor performance from FedEx what ever the reason might be.
Never again they might be cheaper but way more hassle not worth the stress

This is an absolute scam.

This is an absolute scam.
Somekinda they find out password and the signed me up for a 2 hr free trile for a fitness video on a time that i wasnt even behind a pc or phone ! after that the deducted NZ$85 x 3 going on there website
they already have things lined up to refund you calling the help line them stating that my card might be compromised how?
I only found this out by doing my GST return.
But noticed thse payments going out of my bank account the company is based in Cyprus the lady on the phone told me the company was based in the US?
Looking at the previous reviews they all had the same experience with this website.

Holland for you

Hi all,
I am in New Zealand and ordered coffee creamer on this site and some other stuff for my tummy 😁
Any way I received the ordr after 8 days so that is in the time frame of the website.
Goods where we'll pakaged and just enjoyed my first coffee with creamer instead of milk if I can give a negative that when I placed the order I didn't receive a tracking number however after emailing them and asking in Dutch if the orde was dispatched they replied promptly and with a tracking number turned out it was just arrived in the country.

Nice ideas but all the sauces have…

Nice ideas but all the sauces have preservatives.

Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for you're explanation.
I understand that you want to get more value when producing however the preservatives which are used are actually chemicals .
There is a book called Chemical Maze from Louise Hay I believe it shows you all the E numbers and what they do to you.
I challenge you and poeple who are reading this to open your cupboards and look what your eating!
And what your might be feeding your kids.
You might as well smoke siggaretes

Spelling mistake in your name🤔

Hi all if your reading this you must have booked with gotagate or if your smart enough you are about to.
Personally I won't book again with gotagate.
I made a booking on my phone 2 tickets to Holland.
Obviously on your phone a spelling mistake is easaly made predicted spelling fat fingers you know how it goes.
After payment you see the mistake and contact them directly, well with no luck.
Now more then a month later still no luck with them.
I contacted directly the flight company (China Southern airlines) they told me I had to go trough gotagate which seems to be impossible
This is not the first time I had a spelling mistake which was resolved with in a hour whit other providers.
I am not even talking about all the ad on crap
So if I where you don't book with them they are going to make your life quite stressful


Thanks for your quick reply I wished you guys would reply that quick in emails I spoken to one of your phone workers who assured me that I would be contacted with in 3 days it would cost me NZ $160 which is fine and then the cost from the airline on top.
I still don't understand why a name change of 1 letter takes more then month I understand time difference between the countries but more then a month 🤷
