Been using the site for the last 3/4 years to purchase our letters from Santa, nice list certificates and stickers for the presents

The letters are amazing - so detailed and can be made unique they even make sure the letters aren't identical if you have more than one child to keep the magic alive.

The letters are printed on luxury paper and are a perfect addition to our Christmas box.

The stickers are great and can be customised and a great range to choose from

Been with this company now for 1.5 years. Recent review of my account indicated that my direct debit should be reduced and that from my next payment it would be less.
However due to family circumstances (additional baby) I knew my usage over Christmas would increase.
I contacted an agent to have my direct debit put back up and within 5 minutes they had sorted my query and done as I asked. No questions, no queries as they understood that I knew what I needed.
