I've had a consistently excellent customer services experience with Carfd2Cash. You can make significant savings using gift cards for purchases. C2C offer the best rates (to my knowledge), but you have to be quick to get the cards when they are advertised (via email).

It would be helpful if you could determine the card expiries, however it's quite rare to have short dated cards.

OK the marketing can be a bit strong, but the products and service are great!

Started off liking the App, but now cannot purchase using a credit card (which is my preferred option). Also, could only make card purchases via web (browser sensitive) and logging in can be onerous.

It would be good if payments via Amex could be made, to further enhance the cashback.

Had issues with Internet connectivity. STHEMBISO in customer services, called me once the works external to the property were fixed (as promised).

He arranged for compensation for the loss of service, which I thought was very fair.

It's early days with Community Fibre, so it's hard to judge them on long term performance. My dealings with them over the phone have been good. They are keen to help.

Purchased more than ten gift cards so far and have had no problems with transactions/gift card operation. Rates are very competitive.
Some improvements to suggest would be: -
1. Knowing expiry of card before purchase, so that you can decide on the amount to buy.
2. Auto save option for personal details/bank card details for purchase.
This service is a great way to make (sometimes) substantial savings.

Extremely quick delivery and the glass jars were well protected during transit. All packaging was recyclable and communication from the company exemplary.

They have always been excellent when dealing with my queries, and the Customer Services team in particular is exemplary. So far, they have been my favourite supplier.

My last query (dealt with by EDVINA), was very quick and easy. Edvina was very personable, and professional. She offered the perfect solution to my direct debit payment requests.
