Expensive books and bad and expensive delivery.

Very good service, good costumer service, DPD delivery not good , we weren’t home , the delivery man didn’t leave any card or instructions what to do . I was lucky because we have cameras and I saw him , so I had to call Kaplan to take the reference number and collect the books .
Book are expensive and Delivery not good and expensive .

I cancelled the booking

I cancelled the booking.System not up to date, service point closed months ago but still on the system. You cannot use different box , it has to be only dhl boxes.
Staff at service point have no idea how to print the address from the barcode.Rude staff at Ryman dhl service point.No telephone number to call if you want to cancel . I had to send email and still waiting for answer regarding my refund.

Quidco doesn’t not follow up with the…

Quidco doesn’t not follow up with the company who refused to pay . Although I met the requirement and the condition but still didn’t get paid and Quidco never dispute the company claim .Quidco always accept company decisions even if it’s wrong one .

Noticeable dips after 4 months using.

After 4 months , There are noticeable dips each side of a double bed . Not comfy during sleep and it’s passed 100 nights trial period, so we can’t return it .
