Again not able to give this awful company 0 stars. Rude staff poor communication,tell you one thing by letter and another over the phone feel like just shredding their correspondence and walking away but my parent probably paid them loads over the years so better try and respond.
Daughter bought a car in February and the garage promised the earth with a car which was previously traded in by one of their best customers? The car in my opinion wasn't serviced or prepared and delivered as promised and in the 3 months it took to resolve the issues with the car this was commented on by other garages. Wouldn't buy again from them.

Refused to pay out an insurance claim and made me feel like the bad guy. I have never claimed on buildings or contents despite having this type of insurance most of my adult life. The loss adjusters were obnoxious and used any reason to avoid paying out or answering complaints. I am no longer insured for my property with them and wish others good luck if they choose them.

Absolutely shocking to deal with, they should be ashamed of themselves. Refuse to do what they say the will and are less than helpful. Don't remember them being that way when they took my parents money!
Joined through blue light card on 12/6/14 and checked cover which was quite poor compared to cover available through bank account so called to cancel. Was told it would cost over £40 to cancel the £25 to cancel. Was told it the cancellation charge was in the email when I joined it wan not , it was however on one.of the pages during the sign up process. However I was then told that the cover through RAC direct was better than my packaged bank account again strange since the bank uses the same app and appears to have better cover IE more people covered and home start included. All in all very poor service and I don't appreciate being misinformed. I have tried using RAC complaint process however now several weeks down and no sign of any resolution bearing in mind I tried to cancel the same day I took out cover. I paid the £25 cancellation fee on the first day as I didn't want to pay any more to cancel. Maybe we should all read the terms and conditions thoroughly before buying anything and maybe we will stop getting poor products and inferior service.

Arrived in Lanzarote and hotel Blue Sea Los Fiscos advertised as a 3 star on love holidays site. Wow what a place, room had broken fixtures, cockroaches, basic to the point of inedible all inclusive food, drinks served in horrid plastic cups, ignorant staff, poor location, dangerous rooms IE no fire alarms and faulty sockets. I could go on but the basics are listed. On to love holidays and their holiday "support" I put this in commas because it took 2 days and myself to get to a proper 3 star at my own expense I feel no support was given. Told to submit photos and videos on the love holidays app which would not allow me to do this so no support there. I managed to speak to somebody after 2 days trying and at which point I had removed myself from this horrible hotel to be told to respond to the email they were sending. In my opinion this is not "on holiday support". Have stated I want my hotel costs refunded from the point of departure from this horrible hotel and I will see how that goes.

Bought a curtain pole which had fittings which were of very poor quality. Ended up using my old brackets with the new pole as I did not want to waste petrol returning the item.
Second time I have had to use Start Rescue over the years and again flawless helpful service in a good response time. Why pay a fortune for the more recognised names when you get the same if not better from somebody like Start Rescue?

I bought a showhouse with Montpellier appliances in the kitchen. Induction hob one of the rings doesn't work. Oven has broken knobs. Fridge freezers doors are all broken in freezer. Dishwasher appears to be blocked and has a bad smell most of the time. Cooker hood is broken and sounded like a plane taking off from day one. Customer service is appalling some of the issues were during warranty they didn't care and now out of warranty the don't even do engineer calls so what's the point of buying anything from them? Avoid
