Gave Showroom Shine a try after a recommendation. Have not been disappointed. Also used the glass cleaner , also very good and impressed with results. Give them a try , particularly when there are water shortages around the corner.
Last Friday tried to report receipt of damaged product with customer services, eventually who had to pass message on to them . I have rung customer services 4 times , with no answer . Eventually sales picks up call if you let it ring long enough, being advised that someone will call back. Still waiting! I have also emailed . Still waiting for acknowledgement or any response. Absolutely terrible customer services. Seems strange if you ring sales dept. someone answers right away??

Thank you for the review. I am sorry for the issues getting through to customer services. We have been extremely busy with very high call and email volumes, along side staff sickness. I do apologize, we are getting back to everyone as quickly as we can. The calls will overflow to our sales teams, when cusotmer services lines are all full.
I can see you are now speaking with the customer service team and we will try and rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
