I have had the worst nightmare experience with cettire .I ordered an expensive jacket a month ago for more than £1000 and had my bank account deducted.Cettire contacted me to say as I was a new customer they would require my passport and photocopy of credit card.I gave them my passport copy but not my credit card as thought it my be a scam and then they refused to send the jacket saying the purchase was fraudulant! Now I am still waiting for my refund !! Talk about adding insult to injury! horrible experience !! I will never use cettire again .
