My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and now Have denied having it. Your delivery driver should not have given my parcel to anyone other than me. I expect this to be rectified ASAP.

The length guidelines were inaccurate, the necklace is too long, I ordered it according to the length demonstrated on the model diagram.

I have bought 3 toilet seats, each changed within 2 weeks of each other.
2 white wooden, grooved ones which both kids turned yellow within a week and a further plain white one which also turned yellow within 2 weeks. DO NOT buy a toilet seat from DUNELM.

I have bought 2 different white toilet seats from dunelm. One a wooden, tongue and groove seat which was £15 ( i took one back and bought another, to then take that back too) a plain white PVC one that was £10 and within days the kids of all of them stained yellow. I was told this could be the cleaning products. Within a week???!!! Not recommended.

I bought the Teddy 3 seater sofa cover for £50 and wow was it so not worth the money! I have had it for over a month, i live alone and it’s hardly sat on, barely covers and it’s gone shabby. It’s terrible quality and I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend £50 on buying one!!!!

I, like others on here have been scammed by ‘kodi’ Ordered a amazon firestick 4 weeks ago. Sent 5 emails with no reply and nothing. Really annoyed with myself!!
Do not buy anything from them!!!
