Disposable fashion at its worst!

I gave Halara a go and am not impressed. The wide leg jeans have a strong smell of mothballs, I've washed them 3 times and still smell it as I move, my legs even smell of it when I take them off. The main reason for 1 star is their returns policy. They say to keep the product and have a voucher to buy more. This encourages a throw away culture which is destroying our planet. I'll never buy from them again.

Still no compensation 3 months later.

In July, all of our baggage were delayed substantially (7 days) which ruined the first week of our holiday and impacted a family wedding. Customer service was poor. I completed a claim when we returned from holiday in August. I was offered a very small amount of compensation, I queried this and didn't receive a reply for 5 weeks. I accepted the offer on the 30th September to avoid further stress. I'm still awaiting a response in November, let alone a payment. Don't trust the "we reply within 10 working days".

Days of stress trying to buy a flight

Days of stress trying to buy a flight. Unable to pay on their website - just a message saying "oops there's a problem" or "your payment is declined" not that the whole system is down. ALL THIS TIME THE PRICES WERE GOING UP! Queued for the phone helpline, told to try a different method (I did credit, debit, paypal and googlepay) or a different device (I tried 4) or the app (I did!). Tried at night, 5am, mid morning... They said the that the chat could book for me without a booking fee due to the fault. Chat said no, must pay £50 booking fee. What a joke, we're now going with a different airline from a different airport. If the only direct flight is Ryanair, don't bother!

Brilliant service!

Brilliant service! We ordered an extractor fan (best price we could find online) and it arrived the next morning. We realised that we needed filters to go with it, again shipping was free and they arrived in less than 24hrs. Will definitely use again.
